Questions about physiotherapy
How long does a physiotherapy session last?
It depends on the type of treatment and your individual plan. You can see the exact duration of each service in the online booking above.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions is set after the initial assessment and depends on the diagnosis, how long you have had the problem and your goals. We review progress regularly and adjust the plan as needed.
What should I bring to the first session?
Bring any medical documents you have (reports, X-rays, MRI, ultrasound) and wear comfortable clothes that allow movement.
Do you also treat children?
Yes. We offer paediatric physiotherapy with programmes adapted to the child’s age and development.
How can I book?
